Customer Credits

Water leak credits - residential or commercial customer experiences a water leak, sends documentation of the leak to our office and the wastewater charge is adjusted accordingly.

Pool fill credits - When a residential customer renovates or resurfaces  their pool they are eligible for a pool credit once a year. Call our office, we calculate average water consumption during normal usage and adjust the sewer charges back to normal usage cost. 

Vacancy credits - Residential customers are afforded two vacancy credits per calendar year against the sewer charges when criteria of 200 KW or less of electricity is used and zero to low consumption of water. A call from the customer is all that is necessary.
