Landscape Uses
Myrtle Oak is a small tree.  It seldom reaches more than 35 feet in height and 8 inches in diameter, a perfect choice for the smaller yard.

Fun Facts
The oak tree was dedicated to Thor, the mythological god of thunder, and it was believed that it could never be struck by lightning.  Acorn-shaped pull, which is believed to protect a house, may be connected to the Greek mythology.
