Landscape Uses
Cleyera is a good accent plant, a hedge plant, or part of a mixed border.  It makes a fine screen and is an attractive plant, except in stressed conditions.  If planting in a row or grouping, space 4 to 6 feet apart.  New growth on Cleyera is red and turns green as it ages.

Cuttings (in late summer) or seeds (started in spring)
