Trotter’s park is one of the City’s four cornerstone parks. Originally
the home of the Ben White Raceway, the site’s facilities reflect that
historical equestrian theme. The 100.2 acres of public park property
redeveloped in January 2003 houses 4-lighted soccer fields, 4-lighted
baseball fields, restroom and concession facilities, biking and blading
trails, and lighting.
Approximately 20 acres of the property are dedicated
to superior equestrian facilities that provide therapeutic riding lessons and an opportunity
to experience
the beauty and grace of these magnificent animals.
Instruction is offered to both children and adults
individually or in a group setting. Disabled individuals have
the opportunity to experience therapeutic riding and hippo therapy.

programs, please call 407.293.0411. Brochures are available at the
City’s recreation centers.
