The Mask with Katherine

thousands of years the mask has played an important role
in rituals, religion and the performing arts. Using
simple clay hand building techniques we will express
ourselves by creating sculptural masks that may hang on
the wall. Students may bring mixed media materials to
incorporate into their finished design. This class
will be a combination of demonstration, discussion and
hands on creation. Clay and tools are available for

Summer Clay Camp
The City of Orlandos Pottery Studio offers classes
once a week
for three weeks. Kids ages 6 16 will design many fun & imaginative
clay projects.
Session 1: 20 Spaces Available per Session

The Art Extravaganza will conclude the summer clay
camps at an art show and ice cream social at Orlandos City Hall on
Saturday August 11, from 1 2:30 p.m.
