Mission
The mission of Mayor Dyer's Hispanic Office for Local Assistance (H.O.L.A.) is to connect individuals and families new to the Orlando community with the information, resources and tools necessary for a successful transition to their new home.
H.O.L.A.is an outreach function of the City’s Office of Community Affairs.
Services
H.O.L.A. has expanded its program to have more than 150 community organizations partnering with the City to assist new residents of Orlando with needed services.
H.O.L.A. services have been improved to better assist new residents by creating new opportunities and offering vital information and resources.
H.O.L.A. administers an information hotline. Residents can now call 407-254-HOLA (4652) to receive more information regarding local services.
