Eat
We were always told: You
are what you eat! And it’s very true. If we all
took a little extra time planning out our
grocery list, meals, and dinner dates, we would
not only benefit our own health but the
environment extension of the food system.
A few tips on greening your food and diet: Buy
local foods from local sources, buy organic or
hydroponic, plant a home garden, eat vegetarian
a few days out of the week, join a food co-op,
support local restaurants, buy in bulk to reduce
packaging.
