Commissioner Wyman was courageous to the end, always thinking of the children of Orlando, her family and friends ahead of herself.  I was privileged to have her as a second mother, mentor, friend.

 I will cherish her memory for ever.  She gave love to all of her family and friends and was always very committed to her community.

 I feel privileged to have counted Commissioner Wyman as a friend.
