Commissioner Phil Diamond's District
Picnics Every Spring and Fall, Commissioner Phil Diamond hosts a community picnic for the residents and visitors of District 1. The Spring picnic is held at Amhurst Park in the Vista Lakes community and is generally in the month of March. The Fall picnic is in October of each year in Wadeview Park. Commissioner Diamond has hosted these picnics since 2002 and he believes these are great community building events because they bring neighbors together to enjoy food, fun, games and music for their entire family.
