2nd Floor For City Employees: To check if a room is available, go to the intranet, and under "APPLICATIONS", click on Meetings/Events Calendar - Lotus Notes. Rooms are listed on the left side under "City Clerk's Calendars". NOTE: The above conference rooms are available only to government based, non-commercial community based, and/or 501C3 organizations. If you are unsure as to whether your organizations falls under these categories, please contact Denise Holdridge:
