NBA All-Star Game Related Road Closures

Tens of thousands of people are expected to be Downtown for the NBA All-Star Weekend, if you are headed Downtown please be prepared for heavier than normal traffic and possible delays. In preparation for this weekend, the City’s transportation and planning experts have worked to create a detailed transportation plan that eases traffic congestion and focuses on pedestrian options.

Road closures for the All-Star Weekend will be similar to closures for Orlando Magic games. It is important to note the main thorough-fares will remain open and complete pedestrian access will be available.

As you head Downtown for All-Star related events, we encourage you to plan ahead and provide extra time to accommodate road closures and heavier traffic.
